At ARKK Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original, undamaged shoebox and pack them into a secure shipping carton to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
