What is the delivery time for my order?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within Denmark typically takes 1-2 business days, while international orders across Europe and the rest of the world usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
How do I return my sneakers?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and the original shoebox included.
How do ARKK Copenhagen sneakers fit?
Most of our sneakers run true to size; however, certain lifestyle models have a snug, sock-like fit. We recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page for the most accurate measurement.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your sneakers waterproof?
While many of our designs are water-resistant, only models featuring our patented Hydrixo membrane are fully waterproof. Please refer to the product specifications for weatherproofing details.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care or misuse.
